Garment and service disclaimer

This section applies to garments and items brought to Ivorra Studio for alterations, construction, or repair.

Pre-existing condition. We are not responsible for damage, wear, staining, or defects that were present in a garment before it was brought to us. We encourage clients to point out any existing issues at drop-off so they're noted before work begins.
Custom and altered work. Bespoke construction and alterations are customized, often irreversible processes.
